The Dance Technics 2009/2010 Calendar (updated 11/17/09)

Please use this as a guide, but also read the monthly newsletters for any changes that may occur to this schedule! You can print out the PDF calendar to hang on your refrigerator. Newsletters are available at the studio.

September 2009

  • Wednesday, September 9: First day of classes

October

  • Monday, October 12: No classes on Columbus Day

November

  • November 2-7: Costume Measurement week
  • Friday, November 6: Costume deposits due $32.50(per costume) for Older students $30 for Creative Dance students (Dance Troupe has 2 costumes)
  • Wednesday, November 11: No classes on Veteran¡¦s Day
  • November 16-21: Peek Week! Parents are invited to watch the last 10 minutes of each class!
  • November 25-28: NO classes during Thanksgiving Break
December
  • December 24, 2009 - Friday, January 1, 2010: No classes during Winter Break
January, 2010
  • Wednesday, January 6: Costume balances due $32.50(per costume) for Older students $30 for Creative Dance students (Dance Troupe has 2 costumes)
  • Monday, January 18: No classes on Martin Luther King Jr. Day
February
  • February 15-20: No classes during February Vacation (Merrimac, MA location)
  • Feburary 22-27: No classes during February Vacation (Plaistow, NH location)
March
  • Saturday, March 6: Winter show, 2 performances at 2:00 and 3:30 pm.
April
  • Friday, April 2: No classes on Good Friday
  • April 19-24: No classes for April Vacation (Merrimac, MA location)
  • April 26-May 1: No classes for April Vacation (Plaistow, NH location)
May
  • Sunday, May 16: Dance Technics photo day! (Merrimac location)
  • May 17-22: Recital Tickets will be sold (all tickets are general admission)
  • Monday, May 31: No classes on Memorial Day (Classes falling on Saturday 5/29 will be determined as the holiday gets closer)
June
  • Wednesday, June 23: Rehearsal times will be announced in the monthly newsletters and posted in the studio.
  • Saturday, June 26: Dance Technics recital day: Show times will be announced in the monthly newsletters and posted in the studio.
  • Post recital week classes : There will be no post-recital week classes this year.
